How it works
Where listings come from
Public posts in Thai Facebook property groups. A listing is created from the post text and photos as the poster published them; we do not edit what the poster wrote.
Translation and facts
The English text is machine-translated and the facts (price, bedrooms, size, pets, minimum stay) are extracted automatically. Both can be wrong. The original post is one click away on every listing: check it before you decide.
Freshness
Each listing shows when it was posted or when we first saw it. Ads we have not seen refreshed for a while are marked stale, and ads that say they are rented or sold are marked likely rented; both are hidden from search by default.
Duplicates
The same advert is often posted in many groups. We detect duplicates and show one original, so you do not read the same flat ten times.
Contact details
Phone numbers and LINE ids are hidden for visitors and shown to members with a free account. We never contact anyone on your behalf.
Typical rents
Where enough current listings exist, cards and pages show a typical monthly rent and how a listing compares. We show how many listings the figure is based on.
Contact
The contact address is not published yet. Until it is, use the report link on any listing page.
