What we store about you

If you create an account: your email address, a hashed password, your role (renter, agent or owner), saved searches and the alert channels you choose (email, Telegram or LINE). Without an account we use a random visitor id to count daily views, and nothing else.

Cookies and browser storage

We use a session cookie when you are signed in, a security (CSRF) token on forms and the random visitor id above. Your browser's local storage keeps the listings you saved on this device. We do not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. If that changes, this page changes first.

Maps

The map page loads the Leaflet library from unpkg.com and map tiles from OpenStreetMap, so those two services see your IP address when you open a map. No other third-party content is loaded.

AI chat and translation

Advert texts are sent to a third-party AI provider to be translated and analysed. When you use the AI estate agent, your question and the last few messages are sent to the same kind of provider to answer. The conversation is not saved on our server or in your browser.

Facebook-sourced listings

Listings are built from public posts. Phone numbers and LINE ids inside the post text are hidden from visitors. If a listing is yours and you want it corrected or removed, see Report or remove a listing.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to remove a listing that contains your data, at any time. Under the Thai Personal Data Protection Act and similar laws these are your rights; we will answer within 30 days.

How long we keep data

Account data until you delete your account. Listings while they are live and for a limited time afterwards, then they are removed.
